Customers looking to cancel a particular service for any reason must notify ShopShaadi before the stipulated time mentioned under each category of the service booked, which is 7 days in advance of availing the service.

- At the time of cancelation of any service, the timelines need to be checked thoroughly. A full refund of the amount (in the form of store credits and after deducting the platform fees) shall be given if the service is canceled before 30 days of the blocked service date.
- 50% of the amount to be refunded as store credits, can be transferred to a friend for using the service, valid for up to 6 months if the cancellation takes place from 15 days of service.
- No refunds shall be entertained if any service is canceled between 0-15 days of the service date.
