Customers looking to cancel a particular service for any reason must notify ShopShaadi before the stipulated time mentioned under each category of the service booked in this Cancelation Policy.

Once the request has been generated, the items must be returned to us within 7 business days.
- At the time of cancelation of any service, the timelines needs to be checked thoroughly. Full refund of the amount (in the form of store credits) shall be given if the service is cancelled before 30 days.
- 50% of the amount to be refunded as store credits, can be transferred to a friend for using the service. It is valid upto 6 months, if the cancellation takes place from 15 days of service.
No refunds shall be entertained if any service is cancelled between 0-15 days of the service date.
